My goal for this project is to understand why global foods have various perspectives from the three countries I've collected. The project will give information about the different food cultures and geography of the foods I chose to make.
ENGLISH
I started by researching the various nations that have marvelous food practices. I chose to do food research on Jamaica, Indian, and Israel food cultures. Each country has different food geographies and different perspectives on their food. I designed a menu that describes the meals I made for the class. I broke them all into their regular food sections like desert, drinks, sides, and entrees. I created food reviews for my project so that I could get the perspective from my classmates after sampling the food. After my classmates wrote their reviews, I copied them on the back. I even wrote my personal opinion.
I had trouble with wording on the menu but, overall, it came out the way I imagined it. It would have been better if I made it seem Jamaican or at least from one of my cultures. My detail in my menu could have also been more thought out.
Looking over the food cuisines helped me understand what I was cooking, and how I could make it taste like the culture. Another thing that helped me was my mother because she let me use her kitchen. My sister was also a big help because she helped me cook some of the foods.

History
For the social studies piece of the project, I decided to research and write about the geography about the food cultures from India, Jamaica, and Israel. It incites off by explaining the crops they produced and food resources. It went in depth about the brief history of Jamaica and tribes who made the Jamaican cuisine. Geography even describes how Jamaica is full of spices and flavors. I also wrote about the food perspective of poor Jewish and rich Jewish people. Poor Jewish people would eat street food from the markets and grow their crops. While rich Jewish people would have the luxury of enjoying anything they want, even meat since ordinary people couldn't eat meat. For instance, poor people ate rye bread because it grew in the winter. I found out that the food markets played a fundamental role in their survival.
This portion of my whole project was challenging the entire time because it was troublesome to find perspective about the foods and the mixed impressions about the food. I did discover several elements that rescued me in the end. I was grateful for finding all the information I needed to make my project excellent.

Art
I made a full buffet of food for my art project. My partner and I decided to work together when making our foods from the countries. I made many different foods like fried plantains, hibiscus tea, Dominican stew, naan bread, potato latkes, curry chicken, chocolate rugelach, ninbu pani, banana pancakes, chocolate muffins, kosher chicken, and limonana. I started off preparing the dishes on Sunday so that I could be ready on Monday. On Monday, I got up at 6:35 to start cooking and ended at 11:00. It felt like forever, but I got done. After finishing the last bit of the cooking, I took pictures of the process and wrote my perspective about the foods, and I felt while making the food.
I enjoyed the challenging parts of the cooking process in a way because it helped me understand the way big chiefs would run them and how long it would take them to make food. Yes, it was remarkably unpleasant, but a surprisingly important lesson. I was quite astonished of what I accomplished and how delightful it was. Everything came from the spices of each cuisine. I don't regret cooking the food, but the particular thing I would have improved was the timing of warming the food.

Perscpective
I chose to do this project because I enjoy cooking, and what's not to like about cooking various cuisines? I am very interested in other food cultures who have a fascination with spices and natural flavors. Perspective is when I made my personal opinion through the creation of the food. I wrote my perspective on the back of the menu and research on how rich and poor people view their food. Food is meant to satisfy everyone. It replenishes energy for the day, and it provides the required nutrients for our everyday lives. In the end, I had a great experience with food. I believe that people should explore other cultures and their food customs to obtain knowledge about them. I hope you enjoyed this valuable information about food culture. Learn how to cook!
